Vice Principal
Dear Dr. Frank Napier School Community,
It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as DFNS new Vice Principal, a proud native of Paterson who has dedicated over 20 years to serving the students and families of our wonderful district. As a new member of School 4, I am honored to join this incredible community of educators, students, and families, and I look forward to embarking on this journey together.
Throughout my career in education, my primary focus has always been the success and well-being of students. As Vice Principal, my goal is to provide each student with dynamic and enriching experiences, support them in reaching their academic aspirations, and equip them with the tools for positive character development. I am equally committed to increasing their social and emotional skills, all while ensuring that our school is a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
At the heart of my leadership philosophy is servant leadership—a belief that leaders are at their best when they serve others. By listening, understanding, and responding to the needs of our students, staff, and families, we can create a school culture that is inclusive, supportive, and focused on growth. I am committed to being an advocate for each student and staff member, working alongside our team to ensure that every voice is heard, and every need is met.
Together, I know we can strengthen our school community by fostering strong relationships, encouraging collaboration, and celebrating our collective successes. I look forward to working with all of you to create an environment where every student not only thrives academically but also develops the confidence and character to succeed beyond the classroom.

Es con gran emoción que me presento como DFNS nuevo Vicedirector, un orgulloso nativo de Paterson que ha dedicado más de 20 años al servicio de los estudiantes y las familias de nuestro maravilloso distrito. Como nuevo miembro de la Escuela 4, me siento honrado de unirme a esta increíble comunidad de educadores, estudiantes y familias, y espero con interés embarcarnos en este viaje juntos.
A lo largo de mi carrera en la educación, mi objetivo principal ha sido siempre el éxito y el bienestar de los estudiantes. Como Vicedirectora, mi objetivo es proporcionar a cada estudiante experiencias dinámicas y enriquecedoras, apoyarles en el logro de sus aspiraciones académicas, y dotarles de las herramientas para el desarrollo positivo del carácter. Estoy igualmente comprometida a aumentar sus habilidades sociales y emocionales, garantizando al mismo tiempo que nuestra escuela sea un entorno seguro y enriquecedor donde cada niño se sienta valorado.
En el centro de mi filosofía de liderazgo está el liderazgo de servicio: la creencia de que los líderes dan lo mejor de sí mismos cuando sirven a los demás. Escuchando, comprendiendo y respondiendo a las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes, personal y familias, podemos crear una cultura escolar inclusiva, solidaria y centrada en el crecimiento. Estoy comprometido a ser un defensor de cada estudiante y miembro del personal, trabajando junto a nuestro equipo para asegurar que cada voz sea escuchada, y cada necesidad sea satisfecha.
Juntos, sé que podemos fortalecer nuestra comunidad escolar mediante el fomento de relaciones sólidas, fomentando la colaboración, y la celebración de nuestros éxitos colectivos. Espero con interés trabajar con todos ustedes para crear un entorno en el que cada estudiante no sólo prospere académicamente, sino que también desarrolle la confianza y el carácter para tener éxito más allá del aula.
